PML can inspect, repair, maintain and service all types of dock levellers.

The swing lip or hinge lip dock levellers are designed to bridge the gap between the loading bay and vehicle bed. When activated the leveller will rise to an approx 45 degree angle, the lip will ‘swing’ out to a horizontal position with the bed of the dock leveller and slowly lower onto the bed of the vehicle forming a bridge between the loading bay and vehicle bed.

The telescopic leveller offers you safe operational control being able to place the extending lip exactly were it is required enabling you to load your vehicle fully to the rear. The dock leveller deck is designed to flex laterally by 100mm in each direction to compensate for vehicle tilt while remaining extremely rigid longitudinally.

Available in many types of specification ranging from length, width and load capabilities. Along with the installation choice of standard pit mounted, suspended or cast in models. We can service, maintain and repair all types of dock levellers.
